三、適用特性Applied characteristics
(十)適用室外用膠合板(如船用膠合板、建筑模板、結構膠合板、廣告牌用膠合板)。
Appling to plywood outdoors(such as plywood for vessel，building plywood，structure plywood，billboard plywood.
(十一)室內用(如家具用、廚具用、地板基材等質量要求高、耐水、耐氣候、耐水煮特性的板材)。
Plywood outdoors(such as furniture、kitchen furniture and floorboard，etc. which require a lot、waterproof、weather，acid ，alkali and solvent resistance.
四、工藝特性Processing characteristics：
※(十二)可低溫熱壓，90-110℃ 寬范圍。
It can be hot pressing in low temperature at the range of 90-110℃.
※(十三)預冷壓定型快，25℃條件下，10分鐘以內。
Stereotyping fast with pre-cold pressing ，10min is ok at 25℃.
※(十四)能容納較長的開閉合時間，25℃可容許40分鐘。(適用期長)
Be capable of accommodating the long time of close and open，40min is allowed at 25℃.
※(十五)產品混合后有足夠的活性期(25℃活性期2-3小時以內)
There is enough active times after mixing (within 2-3 hour at 25℃).
(十六)涂膠觸變性能佳，易涂膠。
Excellent thixotropy in gluing，easy to gluing.
(十七)涂布量240-380g/㎡(雙面)，易省膠。
Glue spreading is at the range of 240-380 g/㎡(double faces),easy to save glue.
※(十八)木材含水率要求寬泛 8-12。
Lumber moisture content demands a broad at 7-12%.
